Today we have No Plans! Wouldn’t that be nice…

A beautiful picture book has just arrived! Oddly relevant given the lovely outdoor weather and school holidays; Today we have No Plans by Jane Godwin and Anna Walker is a lovely rhyming story with the soft illustrative style of Anna Walker you’ll recognise from Peggy, I Love My Mum/Dad and I Don’t Believe in Dragons. The hustle and bustle of mornings and school and band and aftercare and Saturday Sport. But then, at the end of it all, there’s Sunday.

“I might plant an apple pip
And wish for it to grow,
See a magpie’s shiny wings
Notice all the little things
So small, so quiet, so slow.”

Today we have no plans is in stock now, hardback, $25.
