Two Little Monkeys. Mem Fox with another winner

It’s only just arrived in the shop and already it is racing out the door. That’s what happens with a new Mem Fox story. This time she has teamed with illustrator Jill Barton whose pictures of some young monkeys will bring a smile to your face as you read this story to a toddler.

The story is short and with a repetitive rhyme which is lovely with small children. You can really get a nice flow going which is excellent for language development.  As two young monkeys play and swing in the trees they see something a bit scary. But all is well as they are clever little monkeys.

It’s very sweet and at $19.95 for a hardback picture book it is a bargain.
